Executive Management Team

Kurt H. Lohse, Founder/CEO

With over 14 years experience in Direct Marketing and Sales, Mr. Lohse brings the vision and leadership necessary to insure Keycode's success as an innovative retail marketing company. Mr. Lohse is the founder of the company and the inventor of Keycode's custom reward process. Formerly Vice President of Sales & Marketing for WorkFlow Direct, a $20 million dollar print and direct mail production subsidiary of Workflow Management (NASDAQ: WORK), Mr. Lohse was successful in increasing the company's sales from $11 million to $20 million in less than 3 years. During that time, Workflow Direct provided printing, data processing, laser personalization, and lettershop (mailing) services for companies such as Washington Mutual, Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo Bank, Intuit, Microsoft, Parson's Technologies, Beechnut, and Vons. Previous to his direct mail production background, Mr. Lohse managed national direct mail campaigns for some of the largest direct marketers in the country namely, Direct American Marketers in Irvine and Fancy Publications in Mission Viejo. Mr. Lohse received a B.A. degree in Communication Arts and a B.A. degree in Philosophy from California Lutheran University.

Ronald E. Schaefer, CTO/COO

Mr. Schaefer provides Keycode.com with the technical direction needed to develop, maintain and utilize its patented web-based database engine. Mr. Schaefer is responsible for developing all aspects of the current Keycode discount reward technology and its various interactive applications. Prior to joining Keycode, Mr. Schaefer was Founder and President of Interon Internet Solutions, which successfully built and managed over 50 high tech websites providing unique Internet solutions for a variety of industries. Mr. Schaefer's previous experience includes Regional Director of Operations for Anacomp (a fortune 1000 technology company) and Vice President, Product Support and Technical Training for Bell & Howell Computer Output Products Division.

Christopher J. D'Amore, CFO

Mr. D'Amore joined the executive management team of Keycode as CFO in June of 2001 after previously serving as the CFO for Workflow Direct. Mr. D'Amore has over 19 years of accounting experience in a variety of industries including: oil & gas, restaurants, banking, golf clubs, bicycle and sporting goods manufacturing, and printing and direct mail. As CFO of Workflow Direct, Mr. D'Amore was responsible for managing the accounting functions of 4 separate print and direct mail subsidiaries of the company that combined to create gross sales in excess of $60 million. Mr. D'Amore holds a B.A. Degree in Accounting and an MBA in Management Science from California State University, Fullerton. Mr. D'Amore actively participates in volunteer organizations including Olive Crest homes for abused children and Big Brothers of Orange County.
