Nothing puts quite a spring in your step in the early morning like a great cup of coffee – except for knowing that you purchased it from Coffee.org and saved considerably over retail price.
Coffee.org houses everything from coffee to cereal in one spot, eliminating the hassle of trudging through the grocery store aisles or having to buy in bulk, without anywhere to cram it into your car.
The main attraction at Coffee.org is a multitude of coffee choices from Maxwell House to Folgers. Customers can shop by a particular brand name that they’d like to permeate through their household each morning. Coffee.org sells their coffee traditionally by way of filter packs but also can accommodate the latest coffee craze: the one cup machines from the likes of Keurig. These aptly titled “K-Cups†are featured prominently throughout Coffee.org and have slowly replaced traditional coffee making in the home or office.
Price certainly favors Coffee.org and K-Cups are a perfect example of that. Coffee.org sells K-Cup singles for around $.62 per serving, which usurps what supermarkets and Keurig themselves, who also retail the K-Cup servings as part of their inventory.
Coffee.org pricing and selection is incredibly but they’re probably known as much or more for their attention to customer service. They promise expedited shipping and delivery, often sending an item the same day it was ordered. Furthermore, Coffee.org isn’t a fan of allowing customers to sit idle on the phone on hold and promises the order will be free if the wait time hits five minutes or more.
In addition to coffee, Coffee.org also sports quite a showcase of teas and other drink mixes (i.e. Crystal Light sports mixes and smoothie items), along with all the supplies you’ll ever need. They also feature single-serving food items such as cereal, cookies and, of course, coffee cakes. What coffee retailer would be complete with the cakes to match?
Pricing and convenience put Coffee.org in a favorable position in comparison to their competitors. Their consistent, reliable service for customers also is another reason they’re giving traditional outlets a wake-up call within the coffee selling industry.
