They were more of an information provision location for answering questions concerning maintenance and upkeep for pools and spas around the beltway. They began to build their reputation as being the place to go for technical expertise, and they decided to branch out into the provision of supplies due to customer demand. They were the place to go to keep from spending unnecessary amounts of money for fixing problems with things like a clogged chlorinator or stained tiles, and now they continue to provide all that expertise plus a great deal on supplies that everyone should have when they own a pool or spa.
